Verfügbarkeit und Preisentwicklungen von Milch und Molkeprodukten auf den internationalen Märkten
Vor noch nicht allzu langer Zeit zählten Schokolade und Molkereiprodukte vor allem in China zu den eher exotischen Produkten, für die traditionell eine geringe Nachfrage bestand. Mit der Hinwendung zu Europa und den USA und einer mehr und mehr an den Westen orientierten Ausrichtung der Ernährung, werden nun Süßwaren und auch Molkereiprodukte immer populärer.

Risiken im globalen Beschaffungsmarketing reduzieren
Beschaffungsmärkte sind heute globaler und komplexer denn je. Die Statistik des Europäischen Frühwarnsystem (RASFF) zeigt eindeutig den Trend zu verstärkten Kontaminationsrisiken infolge von Importen aus z.B. China, der Türkei sowie den afrikanischen und südost-asiatischen Regionen. Für alle Unternehmen, die auf den globalen Beschaffungsmärkten unterwegs sind, bedeutet dies erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit und höhere Anforderungen an ein effizientes Risikomanagement.

ZDS erweitert Kapazitäten für Techniker-Ausbildung
Karrierechancen durch Weiterbildung zum Lebensmitteltechniker
Die Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft (ZDS) bietet bereits seit vielen Jahren zertifizierte berufliche Weiterbildung zum „Staatlich geprüften Techniker/in, Fachrichtung: Lebensmitteltechnik“ an. Im Zuge der Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes in Solingen wird die Teilnehmer-Kapazität für Kurse ab August 2012 erhöht. Am 27.April gibt es für die Bewerber im Rahmen eines „Education-Day“ die Möglichkeit zu individuellen Einzelgesprächen und zum Lernstands-Check.

ZDS wirbt für „Fachkraft für Süßwarentechnik“
‚Das süße Herz Deutschlands’ schlägt auch für die ZDS
Seit dem 27.November und noch bis zum 15.April präsentiert das Sächsische Industriemuseum Chemnitz die Sonderausstellung „Das süße Herz Deutschlands“. Mit von der Partie ist die Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft mit einer kleinen Foyer-Präsentation zum Berufsbild „Fachkraft für Süßwarenwirtschaft“.

Opportunities for Stevia formulations in sugar confectionery
SWEET TEC, a conference that will take place on 11 and 12 October in Solingen, Germany, will address trends and innovations in the sugar confectionery market. The ZDS in December: Presenting INTER PRALINE 2011
In its anniversary year, the ZDS will again be hosting the congress “Inter Praline” which was last held in 2009, thus warming the hearts of the participants with these “sweet comforters” in the cold season. Having taken a one-year break in line with the seminar schedule, the extremely qualified congress organizing committee headed by Johanna Stevens (Lindt & Sprüngli) proudly presents a program which will address practically all issues in this field. Taking place from Tuesday, December 13 through Thursday, December 15, 2011, this will mark the closing event of the anniversary year for the ZDS.

Baking Industry Meets in Solingen
Make a note of this date, November 8 and 9, 2011: Solingen will once again be the hub for the biscuits and snack industry. The organizing committee headed by Andreas Coppenrath (Coppenrath Feingebäck GmbH) will be presenting a highly attractive program for this year’s conference.

SWEET TEC 2011 - the confectionery congress by professionals for professionals
In its practical courses, the ZDS as ‘the confectionery academy’ has always guaranteed practice-oriented training. And in programming its international congresses too, the ZDS regards this as a guiding principle. So it is only logical that the organising committees of these events should comprise senior staff from famous companies who – together with the ZDS – ensure that the respective congress programmes are arranged ‘by professionals for professionals’.
