Every year, the ZDS in addition to the numerous national seminars and practical courses stages some 40-50 international events in the following languages:

The seminars but first and foremost the practical courses teach basic knowledge as well as current technical issues. The theoretical teaching can be immediately implemented in practical training in the state-of-the-art pilot labs, which are available in the departments for chocolate, pralines, candy, and baked products.
