Produce bakery products and snacks by yourself

In addition  to the specialized knowledge provided by the ZDS-teachers and external speakers our seminars also benefit from the excellent equipment of our practice rooms with current machinery on a small industrial scale.

In the spacious surroundings of our bakery department the seminars will become an intensive and professional training for you. Be it dough mixing and moulding, manufacture of short or hard biscuits or the production of flat or hollow wafers – apart from the provision of the expert knowledge the participants of the course always also benefit from the joint exchange of opinions with other participants.
