70 years ZDS - Connection by confectionery

70 years of ZDS - that means many special moments, numerous candies and countless trainees, participants and members of the confectionery industry from all over the world who have accompanied us since then!

We would like to take you on a little time travel through 70 years of our history and celebrate our anniversary in a digital way in 2021: With videos, raffles, actions, little anecdotes and greetings from our members, sponsors, students and alumni. 

 

 

The Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft e.V. celebrates its 70th anniversary!

The ZDS is not only a training and further education institution, it is much more, 'much more than learning':  A family industry platform that has set itself the goal of constantly informing not only the next generation, but also adults about current industry-specific developments.

The ZDS team has been fulfilling this task for more than 70 years now. Supported by many companies from the confectionery industry and their machine and raw material suppliers, the ZDS has been able to gain an excellent reputation as a unique institution, also internationally.

That's why we are sincerely grateful to our members, supporters, employees and friends of the ZDS. Let us shape the future together, a future characterized by digital opportunities and great technical and social innovations!

Well-trained specialists are the cornerstone and guarantor for ensuring the qualitative performance of modern companies. The ZDS is pursuing this goal for future generations as well.

On January 28, 1951, the "Association of the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry" (ZDS) was founded in Dortmund.

So if you have been a member of ZDS for 35 years, you will receive a 35% discount on a course/seminar of your choice!
You are not a member of ZDS or have been with us for less than 15 years? No problem - in our anniversary year we grant a 15% discount on all courses and seminars!*
You can find the complete seminar program here on our website.

* From this action are all courses of the substitute vocational school, private and technical school, individual further education measures as well as the seminars  "Choco Tec Whistleblower", "Inter Ice" and "Inter Praline" are excluded. The discount is only valid for bookings in the period from 28.01.2021 - 31.12.2021.
