Bar products - hardly any other product area is as diverse and expansive as this one! Develop your own bars in this course with expert guidance.

The workshop offers you:

•     Support in the development of your bar products
•     The ability to reduce product development times
•     to avoid sources of error during production
•     Solutions for production problems

The participants of this workshop work together with the ZDS specialist teachers to develop recipes and manufacturing processes for bar products. Current trends can be taken into account. The practical part of this event amounts to approx. 90%; technical contents are imparted during practice.

In the run-up to the workshop, participants are asked to state their wishes and requirements so that these can be discussed during the event.

The theoretical part includes:

• The different kinds of bars on the market, including product samples

• The role and the properties of the different raw materials

• Technology of bar production

The types of bars that will be discussed and made include, but are not limited to:

• Cereal bars

• Chocolate bars

• Foam bars

• Protein enriched bars

• Sugar-reduced bars

• Fruit bars

Who is the course aimed at?

This workshop is aimed at product developers of bar products as well as raw material suppliers who would like to get to know the requirements of manufacturers of innovative bar products better. This event is also interesting for sales and marketing staff who want to deal with the product-specific requirements for raw materials and production.General informationThe practical part takes place in the ZDS own pilot plants, where the participants manufacture the products in small groups.
