SWEET TEC 2016 CIS-627 Seminar expired

"Confectionery goes global" - be part of it! At SWEET TEC 2016 from 26th to 27th of October 2016 focus is laid on international confectionery trends and markets and how to get involved. Listen to interesting talks, watch imposing demonstrations and degust latest international confectionery products.

The SWEET TEC 2016 focuses on international confectionery as well as on the latest trend towards more natural and local ingredients. A comprehensive lecturer program on these main topics is presented: markets, raw materials, product development, process engineering, quality assurance, packaging and law. Effects of the TTIP agreement on the sugar confectionery industry, sugar substitutes, natural fruit ingredients, modern product development, hygienic design, 3D printing, risk management, contract packagers and international customs law are some of the headlines that will be addressed at the congress.

In addition, networking plays a pivotal role during our events. For this reason there will be plenty of time for the participants to meet and discuss actual topics during the "networking breaks" and while enjoying a festive dinner.
