More and more consumers are choosing a vegetarian or completely vegan lifestyle. Meanwhile many manufacturers adapted themselves to the characteristics of this nourishing way and manufacture vegan confectionery.

 

In this web-seminar we will show alternatives for the products of animal origin contained in confectionery and discuss special features of production.
There are also no limits to the creativity for confectionery products - here we present new ideas and raw materials.
