This practical course will be an introduction to the manufacturing of bake stable fruit fillings and creams. The highlight of the course will be the manufacturing of different back stable fillings and creams.

In addition, there is ample opportunity to discuss subject-specific problems of the industrial production of bakery fillings with the participants and the speakers. Furthermore, the manufacturing process will be showed by practical demonstrations.

What is the aim of the course?

The focus of this course is on a better understanding of the theory through up-first-hand-closed practice. Which technical and especially back technical knowledge do you need to work creatively with bake stable fillings? This question should have been answered by the end of the course.

Who should attend this course?

Product developers, staff from the application technology, marketing / sales and the supplier industry who want to gain more understanding of industrial processes. But also employees who are new in the baking industry, as well as employees from the production will here be given the opportunity to refresh or expand their knowledge.
