This course focuses on chewing gum and bubble gum production technology. The participants receive theoretical information about ingredients and their impact on the product quality as well as on production technology and processes. During the practical parts chewing and bubble gums will be produced on pilot plant equipment.


Main focus:

  • Ingredients and processes in theory and practice:
  • Gum bases, acids, polyols and flavours
  • Production of stripes and pillows
  • Pan coating of centers


Target audience:

  • Employees of confectionery industry:
  • Product development, production staff, quality assurance, marketing, sales staff
  • Employees from raw material and machinery supplier

This course will take place in cooperation with and on the premises of Gabler Engineering GmbH
