Small batch chocolate production - Online course OEC-2101

Flexible learning, wherever and any time you want! In this online course of the ZDS we show you in theoretical and practical units, how chocolate is made from the bean to the bar.

The course is divided into 12 modules and includes theoretical "teachers lessons” with audio Power Points, interactive learning games and small tests to better memorize what you have learned and - to motivate you. 

The practical units were filmed in our fully equipped chocolate pilot plant and include both - the process descriptions and an overview of the machines.

The course takes place via our learning platform - at the end of the course, the students have to past a test to obtain the certificate of participation. The course is available online from January, 2021 and accessible 4 months on our platform**.

Important: Even though our units are well timed, online learning requires a different self-motivation than a live course. Certain learning contents are difficult to present without the "look and feel" of a live event.

 

Therefore we offer the participants of our Small-Batch-Online-Course additionally the possibility to learn the practice once again in our classic classroom course.
You will receive a discount of 10% for this course if you're participant of the online course.

You will receive an invoice before the course starts - after payment of the course fee we will activate your access to the online course.
