Traveling around the world - being at home at ZDS! Part 2

In the second week many interesting subjects were covered and many practical experience were acquired.

In this connection the focus for the 5 participants from Chile, Brazil, Spain and Peru was on chocolate fillings, such as praline, fondant, croquant, marzipan, etc.

The theoretical parts were completed by presentations from the companies Bruker Optik GmbH and R-Biopharm AG.

For the future we wish professional success with the knowledge gained during the ZDS course.
