The ZDS, Central College of the German Confectionery Industry, is an international competence centre for the confectionery industry and a partner for vocational training and further education as well as product and process development.
The high level of expertise of the ZDS is becoming increasingly international, thus actively accompanying global progress in the confectionery industry.
