ZDS Community Exhibition at iba trade fair

As part of a cooperation with iba - the world´s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks - the ZDS is planning a community exhibition for its members and interested companies at the iba.CONFECTIONERY TEC AREA.

The focus of the community exhibition booth will be on ingredients and process technology to increase the added value of bakery products, especially fine bakery products.

For the first time in 5 years, the world trade fair iba will again be held as a face-to-face event at Messe München. In 2018, more than 1300 exhibitors and well over 77,000 trade visitors attended iba. This year, the organizers, exhibitors and trade visitors are expecting the same level of interest.

iba will take place from October 22-26, 2023, bringing the entire bakery world together at the Munich Trade Fair Center. The Topics of iba: global innovations, trends, new contacts, leads and knowledge transfer in all their diversity in one place.

The aim of the ZDS community exhibition, the "iba.CONFECTIONERY TEC AREA", is to inform interested trade visitors about ingredient trends, current process technology as well as "best practice" examples. The refinement of fine bakery products is an important focus, as well as the processing technology of chocolate in fillings, glazes and decorative applications.
