Rumba finds its way into the chocolate department

This week we had a visit from Gisbert Grothe, Confectionery Technologist at Netzsch, who showed our participants in the "Introductory Chocolate course" the production of milk and dark chocolate by means of the 1-stage process in theory and practice. On this occasion, there was time for a small photo and a heartfelt thank you from ZDS for the permanent loan of a Rumba 50, which has now moved into our chocolate department as a "newbie". Thanks again to Netzsch!
