The ZDS – Team presents a new Web-Seminar: Protein bars – Milk-based and plant-based technology. We show market products, review raw materials and have a closer look at the technology they are produced with.

Protein bars are confectionery products with added value. It is a strong growing category and a lot of new raw materials are used. Texture and taste are improving with each new generation. During the seminar, we are having a closer look to:
