In this one-day web seminar we will take a holistic look at filling fats.


The quality of the fillings, in connection with the processing into a chocolate shell stands for taste, melting behaviour, migration tendency, health and sustainability.

The customer demand for high quality and sustainable products that do not pose a health risk is constantly increasing.

In the seminar we will look at the cultivation of the most important fats, shed light on sustainability and give time to the health aspect. Furthermore, dangers in relation to consumer protection will be addressed and the current state of knowledge will be communicated.

The topic of migration in chocolate will be highlighted, but also fats and control options to initiate necessary improvements - and we will take a look at "future fats".
