During this web-seminar about sugar-free and sugar-reduced confectionery we will discuss the basics of raw materials, get deeper into the science of sugar substitutes and high intense sweeteners for candies. We classify the candy types and discuss the production process for different types (dosing, cooking, tempering, forming).

During the web-seminar we will deal with:

  • Trends
  • Raw materials
  • Technology differences in the use of sugar and sugar-free (sugar-reducing) raw materials.
  • Product categories: Candies, chewy candies, toffees, chewing gums and jellies.

We are sending product and market samples (optional).

Therefore, please register in time so that the samples can reach you in time.
