In this online course of the ZDS we show you in theoretical and practical units, how chocolate is made from the bean to the bar.
The course is divided into 11 modules and includes theoretical "teachers lessons” with audio Power Points, interactive learning games and small tests to better memorize what you have learned and - to motivate you.

The practical units were filmed in our fully equipped chocolate pilot plant and include both - the process descriptions and an overview of the machines.
The course takes place via our learning platform - at the end of the course, the students have to past a test to obtain the certificate of participation. The course is available online from February, 2022 and accessible 4 months on our platform**.
